Managing Director / President Gene Shi

Mr. Gene Shi was appointed Managing Director/ President of First Title Real Estate Guaranty Co., Ltd. by First American Financial Corp in 2006. Mr. Shi is in charge of the establishment and operation of First Title in China.
Before assuming the current position, Mr. Shi held a managerial position in First American's San Francisco Bay Area Asian market.
Mr. Shi is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), holds a MS degree in International Finance from Liaoning University, China and a MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA.
Mr. Shi has 15 years of professional experience in finance in China and in the US.

Vice President Marketing & Information Operation Edward Ma

Edward Ma is a very experienced expert in the Internet industry and in the field of information operation.
Mr. Ma Joined First Title in 2006 and took the responsibility of planning, implementing, and management of the digitalized operation system. Mr. Ma is also responsible for introducing and maintaining the First American Software Technology (FAST) system, and building a state-of-art information operation support system.
Before joining First Title, Mr. Ma was the Director of Sales Support at SouFun.com.
Mr. Ma holds a MBA degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.

Vice President/ Institutional Clients Division Elton Tian

Mr. Tian Lu joined First Title in Sept. 2008 and is in charge of the Institutional Clients business development.
Before joining, Mr. Tian use to take position in one of the leading domestic developers-Financial Street Holding Co., Ltd. He served as the head of Assets management dept. and deputy GM of Chongqing subsidiary.
Mr. Tian holds a Bachelor degree in Management from Peking University. He's also pursuing a MBA degree in Finance from The Chinese University of Hongkong.
Mr. Tian has over five years experience in real estate investment, development and marketing in first and second tier cities of China . He also has management consulting experienc in a leading consulting firm.

Director Human Resource Sheally Xia

Sheally Xia, Master of Human Resource Management from CUEB (Capital University of Economic and Business). Ms. Xia is responsible for managing human resource and talent reserve for the strategic expansion of First Title.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Xia worked for China Daily, 21st century and Beijing Ruiku Group as HR supervisor and director.

Manager Finance Department Vivi He

Ms. He is a Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA), China Certified Tax Agent (CTA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Ms. He is rich in financial management experience and is familiar with Chinese as well as international accounting standards. Prior to her present position, Ms He served as Finance Managers in various companies and worked as an auditor in a local CPA firm.

Manager Legal Affairs George Zhao

Graduated from China University of Political science and Law with master's degree in Law. Mr Zhao holds the Certificate of Legal Professional Qualification and was admitted to the Chinese bar.
Mr. Zhao has abundant experiences in rendering legal services for the projects including without limitation to the preliminary development of land (so-called “first grade development”), grant and transfer of land use right, presale/sale of properties, property management, operation of commercial premises, lease of real properties, foreign investment in real estate, transfer of real estate project, equity acquisition of real estate company, IPOs of real estate developers in mainland and Hong Kong. Moreover, Mr. Zhao is also familiar with the matters relating to restructures of large SOEs and acquisition of mining rights.
Mr. Zhao joined First Title in November 2009, and is responsible for legal affairs of First Title. Prior to his present position, Mr.Zhao served as a full-time real estate lawyer in Zhonglun Law Firm for five years.

General Manager William Xu

William Xu holds a master's degree in finance from University of International Business and Economics and has many years of professional experience in real estate development, property brokerage, and insurance industry.
William joined First Title in early 2007, and took the responsibility of the daily operation and management of First Title's Beijing branch office.
Before accepting his current position at First Title, William was the head of Credit Department of Huaxia Bank Zhongguancun branch, sales manager of Taikang Life Insurance, sales manager of Taiyue Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Sales Department General Manager Tina Wan

Tina Wan has years of experiences in real estate brokerage management, real estate financial services, customer service and channel development.
Tina Wan joined First Title in Nov. 2008, took the responsibility of the daily operation and management of First Title's Beijing branch office.
Before joining First Title, Tina worked as the Vice General Manger of a 5A loan service Company.

Vice General Manager Xu Lei

Xu Lei has years of experiences in real estate brokerage management, real estate financial services, customer service and channel development.
Xu Lei joined First Title in February 2009, took the responsibility of the daily operation and management of First Title's Beijing branch office.
Before joining First Title, Mr. Xu worked as the Vice General Manger of Kaitai Service Company.

Assistant Vice President William Xu

William Xu holds a master's degree in finance from University of International Business and Economics and has many years of professional experience in real estate development, property brokerage, and insurance industry.
William joined First Title in early 2007, and took the responsibility of the daily operation and management of First Title's Shanghai branch office.
Before accepting his current position at First Title, William was the head of Credit Department of Huaxia Bank Zhongguancun branch, sales manager of Taikang Life Insurance, sales manager of Taiyue Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Pudong Branch General Manager John Chin

Mr. Chin graduated from Tsinghua University, and joined First Title in April 2010 as the General Manager of First Title's Pudong Branch. He is responsible for First Title's business development and management in Shanghai.
Mr. Chin has over 10 years of experiences in real estate finance and investment. Before accepting his current position at First Title, he was the Vice General Manager of Zhongtai Guarantee Co., Ltd.

General Manager Shirley Shen

Ms. Shen holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Nankai University and has many years of professional experience in real estate guaranty and finance.
Ms. Shen joined First Title in August 2008, took the responsibility of the daily operation and management of First Title's Tianjin branch office.
Before accepting her current position at First Title, Ms. Shen was the Vice General Manager of Chuangye lnvestment Guarantee Co., Ltd.

General Manager Xiaohong Lin

Mr. Lin holds a MBA degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and law, and has many years of professional experience in real estate development, finance and guaranty.
Mr. Lin joined First Title in september 2009, took the responsibility of the daily operation and management of First Title's Shenzhen branch office.
Before accepting his current position at First Title, Mr. Lin was the manager of mortgage department of Credit Orienland Group Co., Ltd.
