Hello everybody, my name is Parker Kennedy. I am the CEO and chairman of the first American Corp. based in Santa Ana, California. Our company has been Santa Ana for a long long time, over 100 years. And it was started by my great grandfather.

And about 15 years ago, we start to get into other countries. And Mr. Thomas Grifferty was the gentlemen who led that effort. And Mr. Tony Lee and Mr. Gene Shi work with Tom. And of course Mr. Lee and Mr. Shi oversee our Chinese operations. We are extremely excited about our prospects in China and very pleased that we will be able to offer services for closing and conveyancing for real estate transactions in China very soon. I am very excited about the news Mr. Lee gave me recently that our operation is ready to get going and ready to start serving the people and businesses of China.

One of the reasons we have so much confidence in our operation and potential for future success in China is because we have done so well in some of the other countries around the world. The best example is Canada, we have been there a long time and we do very well. Another great example is England, and a third great example is Korea. In all these countries, we have well established operations.

And it's been very gratifying to see the growth in these countries. We love to see that in China and I am sure it's just around the corner. Mr. Lee and Mr. Shi, all the best to you and to all our customers and friends in China, thank you very much.
